1.00 can Black Beans
1.00 x Onion
1.00 x Garlic
1.00 x Bell peppers
1.00 cup Broccoli
1.00 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1.00 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
24.00 liquid Marinara sauce

Instructions

Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro

1. Prepare the Slow Cooker
Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or use a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup.

2. Combine Ingredients
Add the black beans, marinara sauce, onion, garlic, bell pepper, vegetable broth, cumin, and chili powder to the slow cooker. Stir everything to combine well.

3. Cook
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

4. Season and Serve
Before serving, taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot with optional toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped cilantro.
