2.00 pound Sauerkraut
2.00 pound Sausage
1.00 x Apple
1.00 x Onion
2.00 clove Garlic
8.00 liquid Apple cider
8.00 liquid Beer
2.00 table spoon Brown sugar


You can either drain the sauerkraut and cook it with beer/water, or keep it and not use beer.

1. Peel and dice the apple, mince the onion and garlic.
2. Add the sauerkraut, sausage, apple, onion, garlic to the cooker and stir.
3. Mix the sugar with water/beer (if used) and the cider. Pour in the cooker.
4. Cook 4 hours on high, or 6 hours on low.

You can add other pork meat pieces like lard, bacon, knuckle, etc.
