1.50 pound Beef (chuck, minced)
1.00 cup Consommé
0.50 cup Soy sauce
0.25 cup Brown sugar
1.00 table spoon Sesame oil
2.00 table spoon Corn starch
2.00 pound Broccoli


1. Place beef in slow cooker
2. In a bowl, combine the beef consommé, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil and garlic
3. Pour over beef
4. Cook on low for 6 hours
5. In a bowl, stir 2 table spoons of the sauce after being cooked with the corn starch
6. Pour over beef, stir well
7. Add broccoli and combine
8. Cover and cook for one hour on high
9. Serve with rice, quinoa, etc.
