2.00 cup Rice
2.00 x Chicken Breast
1.00 x Bell peppers
2.00 x Tomato


1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat some oil in a large pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until it is cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
4. Dice the bell pepper and tomatoes.
5. Add the bell pepper to the pan and cook until it is softened.
6. Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and cook for a few more minutes.
7. Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and stir to combine.
8. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir until everything is well mixed.
9. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
