1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Mash it in a bowl and set aside.
4. Wash and dry the lettuce, then chop it into thin strips.
5. In a small bowl, mince the garlic and mix it with the olive oil to make a garlic oil.
