1.00 cup Sour cream
4.00 x Egg
1.00 pinch Black pepper
1.00 pinch Salt
2.00 cup Shredded cheese
1.00 cup Lard


1. Preheat oven at 350F
2. Brown lard a few minutes in a pan (unless you use shredded bacon)
3. Add cream, eggs, salt, pepper and half of the shredded cheese, mix
4. Pour over the crust and add the rest of the cheese
5. Cook 25 min or until golden

You can add a pinch of ground nutmeg if you like
