6.00 x Tortilla
2.00 liquid Tomato
1.00 cup Shredded cheese
0.50 x Lettuce
1.00 x Cucumber
2.00 x Egg


1. Dice all the ingredients you like, cook the eggs (omelet or scrambled), etc
2. Serve all ingredients in small bowls with tortilla
3. Place ingredients, wrap them!

You can use any fresh crudités (raw veggies) you like: tomato, cucumber, salad, avocado; and any protein source you like: eggs, ham, bacon.
Add your favorite sauce to it: ranch, sour cream, spread cheese, etc.
